PERU: Economic Activity Rises 3.93% In March And 3.22% In Q1
(RTTNews) - The economic activity in Peru increased 3,93 % in March from a year before, the strongest increase since January 2017, according to the country's national statistics office.
In the first quarter, activity rose 3.22% compared to the same period of 2017.
"This result reflects favorable developments in all sectors, except fishery, with the best performances in mining and hydrocarbons, agriculture and livestock, retail trade, transport, manufacturing, telecommunications and public administration," the statistics office said.
