Malaysia Trade Data Due On Wednesday
(RTTNews) - Malaysia will on Wednesday release November numbers for imports, exports and trade balance, highlighting a modest day for Asia-Pacific economic activity.
Imports are expected to rise 6.6 percent on year after climbing 9.1 percent in October. Exports are called lower by an annual 2.3 percent after dipping 3.1 percent in the previous month. The trade balance is expected to show a surplus of5 billion ringgit, up from 4.1 billion a month earlier.
Australia will see December figures for the Performance of Service Index from AiG; in November, the index had a score of 43.8.
New Zealand will provide December numbers for commodity prices; in November, prices dipped 1.6 percent on month.
