ARGENTINA: Search For Missing Submarine Enters Into The Fifth Day
(RTTNews) - Argentina's government is still searching for the submarine ARA San Juan, which has gone missing since last Wednesday. Its crew has 44 people.
According to Enrique Balbi, a spokesman for the country's armed forces, "there is no new information regarding the submarine detection."
ARA San Juan disappeared from radars in the San Jorge gulf on November 15, and the searches are concentrated in that area. Other countries - Brazil, United States, United Kingdom and Chile - are also helping on the searches.
