Whitewave Foods Co -- Moody's says WhiteWave acquisition of So Delicious is credit positive

New York, September 18, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service said today that the planned $195 million acquisition of plant based food company, So Delicious Dairy Free (So Delicious) by WhiteWave Foods is a long term credit positive. However the transaction will not affect the company's Ba2 corporate family rating or stable outlook.
