Whirlpool Corporation -- Moody's revises Whirlpool's outlook to positive; affirms all ratings
New York, February 27, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service revised Whirlpool Corporation's ("Whirlpool") rating outlook to positive from stable reflecting its expectation that Whirlpool's operating performance, credit metrics and credit profile will continue to improve. Moody's affirmed all ratings, including the Baa2 senior unsecured rating and the Prime-2 commercial paper rating.
