New York, February 11, 2016 -- Moody's said that the upsize and extension of WCI Communities, Inc.'s ("WCI") revolving credit facility is credit positive, but it does not impact the company's ratings, including its B3 corporate family rating, B3-PD probability of default rating, B3 rating on its $250 million 6.875% senior unsecured notes due 2021, SGL-2 speculative grade liquidity rating, or stable outlook.
