New York, December 07, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service reports that the change in sale date for Walled Lake Consolidated School District's (MI) General Obligation Refunding Bonds, Series 2016 will have no impact to the assigned Aa3 underlying rating and Aa1 enhanced rating. On December 3rd, 2015 the issuer informed Moody's that the sale date for the Walled Lake Consolidated School District's (MI) General Obligation Refunding Bonds, Series 2016 has been finalized for December 9th, 2016. As the total sale amount has not changed, there is no impact to the assigned rating.
