Madrid, March 06, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service announced today that it is correcting the rating history and withdrawing the ratings for preferred stock Class B (CUSIP: 00949T209) and preferred stock Class C (CUSIP: 00949T308) issued by Vodafone Americas Inc. Preferred stock Series B matured on August 16, 1999 and preferred stock Class C was redeemed in full on September 28, 1999. In error, Moody's continued to monitor these preferreds and announced the following rating actions:
