Vector Group Ltd. -- Moody's Affirms Vector's B2 CFR Following Announcement of Convertible Notes Issuance
New York, March 21, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Services today affirmed Vector Group Ltd.'s ("Vector") ratings, including its Ba3 rating on senior secured notes, its B2 Corporate Family Rating, and its B2-PD Probability of Default Rating. The outlook is stable.
