Union de Credito Progreso, S.A. -- Moody's withdraws all ratings of Unión de Crédito Progreso

Mexico, February 25, 2014 -- Moody's de México has today withdrawn all of Unión de Crédito Progreso, S.A. Organización Auxiliar de Crédito's (Progreso) ratings, including its standalone bank financial strength rating of E+, long-term global local currency deposit rating of B3, short-term global local currency deposit rating of Not Prime, long-term Mexican National Scale deposit rating of Ba2.mx and short-term Mexican National Scale deposit rating of MX-4. Progreso's standalone bank financial strength rating of E+ mapped to a standalone baseline credit assessment and adjusted baseline credit assessment of b3. The outlook on the ratings before the withdrawal was negative.
