London, 15 September 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has today placed on review for upgrade the B2 corporate family rating (CFR) and B2-PD probability of default rating (PDR) of TUI AG (TUI). Concurrently, Moody's has placed on review for upgrade the company's B3 senior unsecured rating and the Caa1 subordinated ratings.
