New York, July 10, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service said the announcement by TRW Automotive, Inc. (TRW) that is has received a preliminary, non-binding proposal to be acquired may evolve into negative credit event, but does not currently impact TRW's Ba1 Corporate Family Rating, Speculative Grade Liquidity Rating at SGL-2, and positive outlook.
