Transport for London -- Moody's affirms Aa2 rating on Transport for London; outlook is stable
London, 06 March 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service EMEA Limited ("Moody's") has today affirmed the P-1 short term issuer rating, Aa2 senior unsecured notes and stable outlook on Transport for London (TfL). At the same time, Moody's has affirmed the (P)Aa2 rating on the GBP5 billion Euro Medium Term Note Programme and the P-1 rating on the GBP2 billion in Euro Commercial Paper Programme. The affirmation follows the publication of the 'Global Mass Transit Enterprises Methodology' on 27 February 2015.
