TORRENS Series 2008-1 Trust -- Moody's: No rating impact on Bendigo and Adelaide Banks' TORRENS Series 2008-1 Trust Uplift
Sydney, February 17, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service says that the issuance of additional Class A notes by Perpetual Corporate Trust Limited in its capacity as trustee of TORRENS Series 2008-1 Trust on 17 February 2015 (the uplift) will not, in and of itself and at this time, result in the downgrade or withdrawal of the current rating of the Class A notes issued by the above mentioned trust.
