Texas Permanent School Fund -- Moody's affirms Aaa rating on the Texas Permanent School Fund Guarantee Program
New York, February 28, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has affirmed the Aaa rating of the Texas Permanent School Fund's (PSF) guarantee program, affecting $55.2 billion in guaranteed debt (as of August 31, 2013), which represents the general obligation (G.O.) debt of 810 Texas school districts. The outlook is Stable.
