Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc. -- Moody's affirms Texas Capital's Baa3 issuer rating and stable outlook

New York, November 20, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has affirmed all of the ratings on Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc. and its bank subsidiary, Texas Capital Bank, National Association. The holding company's issuer rating is Baa3. Texas Capital Bank, National Association has a standalone bank financial strength rating of C-, which maps to a baa2 baseline credit assessment, and a long-term deposit rating of Baa2. The outlook is stable.
