Hong Kong, January 16, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service says that Tencent Holdings Limited's (Baa1 positive) equity subscription is credit positive for China South City Holdings Limited (CSC), but will not immediately impact CSC's B2 corporate family rating and B3 senior unsecured rating with a positive outlook.
