Tenaga Nasional Berhad -- Moody's: Tenaga's rating is unaffected by its investment in GMR Energy
Singapore, May 11, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service says that Tenaga Nasional Berhad's (Tenaga) A3 senior unsecured rating is not immediately affected by its announced acquisition of 30% of GMR Energy Limited (GMR Energy, unrated) for a consideration of approximately $300 million. The outlook on the rating remains stable.
