Southfield Public Schools, MI -- Moody's affirms Southfield Public Schools, MI at A1; negative outlook removed
New York, September 10, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service has affirmed the A1 general obligation rating of Southfield Public Schools, MI and removed the negative outlook previously assigned to the rating. The district has $78 million of general obligation unlimited tax (GOULT) debt outstanding, of which $77 million is rated by Moody's. All of the district's outstanding debt is secured by its unlimited tax pledge as authorized by voters.
