Southern Star Central Corp. -- Moody's Upgrades Southern Star Central Corp. and Southern Star Central Gas Pipeline, Inc; Outlooks Stable
New York, May 01, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") upgraded the senior unsecured rating of Southern Star Central Corp. (Southern Star) to Baa3 from Ba1 and the senior unsecured rating of Southern Star Central Gas Pipeline, Inc (Central) to Baa2 from Baa3. The outlooks for both companies are stable.
