London, 18 June 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has today upgraded the ratings of Solocal Group S.A.'s ("Solocal", "the company"), including the Corporate Family Rating (CFR) to B3 from Caa1, the Probability of Default Rating (PDR) to B3-PD from Caa1-PD/LD and the rating of the EUR350 million senior secured notes due 2018 issued by PagesJaunes Finance & Co. S.C.A to B3 from Caa1. The outlook on all ratings is negative.
