London, 21 September 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service has today affirmed the Baa2 long-term senior secured rating of SIAS - Societa Iniziative Autostradali e Servizi S.p.A. (SIAS). Concurrently, Moody's also affirmed the provisional (P)Baa2 senior secured and (P)Baa3 senior unsecured MTN ratings associated with the company's euro medium-term note (EMTN) programme. The outlook on the ratings was changed to stable from negative.
