Frankfurt am Main, June 25, 2013 -- Moody's assigned today a definitive B2 (LGD 4, 50%) rating to the EUR315 million senior secured notes issued by Servus Luxembourg Holding S.C.A., a wholly indirectly owned subsidiary of Servus HoldCo S.à.r.l. (Stabilus). The company's B2 corporate family rating (CFR) and B2-PD probability of default rating (PDR) as well as the stable outlook remain unchanged.
