Rowville Transmission Facility Pty Limited -- Moody's revises outlook on Rowville's ratings to positive from stable; affirms Baa1 ratings
Sydney, April 28, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") has today revised the outlook to positive from stable on the underlying rating of Rowville Transmission Facility Pty Limited's ("Rowville") AUD28 million of index-linked guaranteed senior secured bonds (the "Bonds"). Concurrently, Moody's has affirmed the Baa1 underlying rating and the senior secured rating of the Bonds, which takes into account the unconditional and irrevocable guarantee of principal and interest by MBIA Insurance Corporation ("MBIA", B2 negative).
