London, 22 March 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) has today upgraded to Baa1 from Baa2 the senior unsecured rating of Aeroporti di Roma S.p.A. (ADR). Concurrently, Moody's has upgraded to (P)Baa1 from (P)Baa2 the provisional rating on ADR's EMTN programme and affirmed the Baa1 rating on the Class A4 senior secured notes upon issuer substitution to ADR from the previous issuer Romulus Finance s.r.l.. The outlook on all ratings is stable.
