Riverdale (Village of) IL -- Moody's Places the Rating of the Village of Riverdale, IL Under Review, Direction Uncertain

New York, June 25, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service has placed the B2 rating of the Village of Riverdale, IL under review with direction uncertain affecting $1.5 million of Moody's-rated outstanding general obligation debt. The review is prompted by the lack of sufficient, current financial information. The village has failed to release a fiscal 2012 audit for the year ending April 30, 2012. Additionally, the village was unable to provide interim or unaudited data. If sufficient, current information is not received over the coming weeks, we will take appropriate rating action which could include the withdrawal or lowering of the ratings.
