Reynolds American Inc. -- Moody's Says $23.6 billion Florida Judgment Credit Negative for Reynolds but Ratings are Unchanged

New York, July 22, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") today said that the $23.6 billion verdict against Reynolds American Inc. ("Reynolds") for an individual Engle progeny case in Florida is credit negative, but one in which it believes the final impact will be much less dramatic than the headlines imply.
