RBC Municipal Products LLC (Muni. Deriv.) -- Moody's reviews amendments to Series Trust Agreements for various RBC Municipal Products LLC Floater Certificates

New York, April 22, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service, at the request of RBC Municipal Products, LLC, has reviewed the proposed amendments dated as of April 22, 2014 (the Amendments) to the Series Trust Agreements relating to the Floater Certificates Trusts for the below mentioned trusts. The Amendments, which affect the extensions of the designated termination dates, will not have an adverse effect on the credit quality of the certificates and therefore will not, in and of themselves and as of this time, result in reduction or withdrawal of Moody's ratings. Moody's does not express an opinion as to whether the Amendments could have other, non credit-related effects.
