RBC Municipal Products LLC (Muni. Deriv.) -- Moody's reviews amendments to Series Trust Agreements for RBC Municipal Products LLC Floater Certificates, Trust Series E-42

New York, May 16, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service, at the request of RBC Municipal Products, LLC, has reviewed the proposed amendment dated as of May 16, 2014 (the Amendment) to the Series Trust Agreement relating to the Floater Certificates Trust Series E-42. The Amendment, which extends the designated termination date, will not have an adverse effect on the credit quality of the certificates and therefore will not, in and of themselves and as of this time, result in reduction or withdrawal of Moody's ratings. Moody's does not express an opinion as to whether the Amendments could have other, non credit-related effects.
