Sao Paulo, December 11, 2015 -- Moody's América Latina Ltda affirmed Raízen Energia S.A's Aaa.br national scale rating (NSR) and Raízen Combustíveis S.A.'s Baa3 (global scale) / Aaa.br (national scale) issuer ratings, as well as the Baa3 / Aaa.br ratings of the BRL 675 million CPRF-s due 2021 issued by Raízen Energia (guaranteed by Raízen Combustíveis). The outlook for the ratings remain stable. At the same time, Moody's Investors Service affirmed the Baa3 global scale issuer rating of Raízen Energia S.A. and the Baa3 ratings of the senior unsecured notes issued by Raizen Energy Finance Limited and guaranteed by Raízen Energia S.A. and Raízen Combustíveis S.A. The rating action follows Moody's rating action on December 9, 2015 that has placed Brazil's Baa3 issuer and bond ratings on review for downgrade.
