PROVENA HEALTH -- Moody's Says No Immediate Rating Impact Following Presence Health's (IL) Accounting Write-Down
New York, December 17, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service views Presence Health's (headquartered in Chicago, IL) recent announcement of a receivables write down in FY 2015 (fiscal year end December 31) as a credit negative, although there is no rating impact (Baa2 stable issuer rating) at this time. Additionally, of the approximately $1.1 billion of debt secured by Presence Health, $503 million (originally issued by Provena Health and Resurrection Health Care) carries the Baa2 rating.
