New York, September 25, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) downgraded ProPetro Services, Inc.'s (ProPetro) Corporate Family Rating (CFR) to Caa2 from B3, Probability of Default Rating (PDR) to Caa2-PD from B3-PD and the senior secured credit facility to Caa2 from B3. The Speculative Grade Liquidity (SGL) Rating was also downgraded to SGL-4 from SGL-2 and the rating outlook was changed to negative from stable.
