PrimeLine Utility Services LLC -- Moody's says that PrimeLine's acquisitions are credit positive; ratings including B3 CFR not affected

New York, July 21, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") says that PrimeLine Utility Services LLC's ("PrimeLine") acquisitions of Chainco Power Holdings, Inc. ("Chainco") and Safeway Construction Enterprises, Inc. ("Safeway") are credit positive because they add scale and geographic diversification to PrimeLine without having a material impact on the credit metrics of the company. The transactions nevertheless do not impact PrimeLine's ratings, including its B3 Corporate Family Rating (CFR) or stable rating outlook because debt-to-EBITDA leverage remains within the range expected for the B3 CFR and liquidity is good.
