Praxair, Inc. -- Moody's assigns A2 ratings to Praxair's new notes
New York, February 04, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service assigned A2 ratings to Praxair, Inc.'s ("Praxair") EUR550 million Senior Unsecured Notes due 2024 and rating on the company's Senior Unsecured Notes due 2026 remains unchanged, but Praxair will add on an additional $275 million of Senior Unsecured Notes to the notes issued initially in September 2015. The company anticipates using the proceeds of the offerings for general corporate purposes, including the repayment of outstanding indebtedness. The rating outlook is stable.
