New York, August 15, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") affirmed today the Baa2 senior unsecured rating for Mid-America Apartments, LP (MAA). MAA's rating outlook remains positive. Concurrently, Moody's also affirmed all ratings of Post Properties Inc. ("Post"), including the Baa2 senior unsecured rating and revised the outlook to positive from stable.
