Platform Specialty Products Corporation -- Moody's: Platform Specialty announces PIPE offering, no ratings impact

New York, May 07, 2014 -- Moody's said Platform Specialty Products Corporation's (Platform, B1, stable) announced $200 million private issuance of public equity (PIPE) offering, which is expected to close around May 20th, will not impact the rating.
