Old Mutual Plc -- Moody's confirms Old Mutual's senior debt at Baa3; Old Mutual Wealth IFS rating confirmed at A2 with negative outlook
London, 14 June 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") has confirmed the Baa3 senior debt rating of Old Mutual plc (Old Mutual) and the A2 insurance financial strength (IFS) rating of Old Mutual Wealth Life Assurance Limited (OMWLAL). The outlook for both Old Mutual and OMWLAL is negative. Today's rating actions conclude the review for downgrade on these ratings initiated in March 2016.
