North American Development Bank -- Moody's downgrades North American Development Bank to Aa1; outlook stable
New York, February 25, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has today downgraded the long-term issuer rating of the North American Development Bank (NADB) to Aa1 from Aaa. The outlook on the rating is stable. This concludes the review for downgrade that commenced on 16 December 2013. The short-term issuer rating of Prime-1 was not a part of the review and therefore was not affected by this action.
