New York, May 16, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) was informed that the Majority Subordinate Certificateholder intends to replace Midland Loan Services ("Midland") as the Special Servicer and to appoint Rialto Capital Advisors, LLC ("Rialto") as the successor Special Servicer. The proposed special servicer replacement will become effective upon satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in the governing documents.
