Moody's: WBCMT 2006-C27 Ratings Unaffected by Proposed Defeasance of The Harden Ranch Plaza Loan

New York, March 31, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) was informed that Salinas Shopping Center Associates Limited Partnership and DDI Salinas II, LLC, together referred to as "the Pledgor," have elected to defease the loan with U.S. Government Securities. The proposed defeasance will become effective upon satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in the governing documents.
