Moody's: WBCMT 2006-C23 Ratings Unaffected by the Proposed Transfer of Simon Property Group LP's 50% managing member's interests in Clay Terrace Partners, LLC
New York, April 11, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) was informed that Simon Property Group LP proposes to transfer its 50% managing member's interests in Clay Terrace Partners, LLC, the current owner of the Clay Terrace propety, located in Carmel, Indiana to Washington Prime Group LP. The Proposed Transfer of managing member's interests will become effective upon satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in the governing documents.
