New York, October 23, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) was informed that 60 Hudson Owner LLC, the Borrower for the 60 Hudson mortgage loan, has elected to defease the loan with U.S. Government Securities. The proposed defeasance will become effective upon satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in the governing documents.
