Moody's: WBCMT 2005-C20 & WBCMT 2005-C21 Ratings Unaffected by Proposed Partial Defeasance of Rubicon NGP GSA Pool Loan
New York, October 13, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) was informed that affiliates of Urban America, L.P, collectively the Borrower for the NGP Rubicon GSA Pool Loan, has elected to partially defease the loan with U.S. Government Securities.
