Hong Kong, June 10, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service has upgraded the rating on the credit-enhanced bonds issued by China Merchants Land Limited. The upgrade follows the assignment of Moody's Counterparty Risk Assessment (CR Assessment) to the standby letter of credit (SBLC) provider, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited (ICBC Asia).
