Moody's updates on BP Mortgages S.r.l., BP Mortgages S.r.l. Series 2007-2 and Bipitalia Residential S.r.l.

London, 04 August 2014 -- Moody's has determined that the appointment of Securitisation Services SpA as back-up servicer facilitator and the other changes to the servicing agreements for BP Mortgages S.r.l., BP Mortgages S.r.l. Series 2007-2 and Bipitalia Residential S.r.l. (together the "Issuers") will not, in and of itself and at this time, result in a downgrade or withdrawal of the current ratings of the notes (the "Notes") issued by the Issuers. Moody's opinion address only the credit impact of the proposed action, and Moody's is not expressing any opinion as to whether the proposed action has, or could have, other non-credit related effects that may have a detrimental impact on the interests of note holders and/or counterparties.
