Moody's: State pension liability levels improve in FY 2013, although some liabilities remain large
New York, November 20, 2014 -- A majority of the US states marginally lowered their adjusted net pension liabilities (ANPL) in fiscal 2013, says Moody's Investors Service. Moody's ANPL decreased for 27 states, although several continue to face outsized pension obligations relative to their revenues.
