Moody's: Slowing North American issuance offsets higher emerging market bond placement, but asset prices still weaker in Q4 2015
London, 22 January 2016 -- Private debt issuance by financial institutions and non-financial corporations (NFCs) was broadly steady in the last three months of 2015 compared with the previous quarter, as a decline in North American issuance offset a rise in emerging markets, Moody's Investors Service said in a report today.
