Moody's reviews amendment to Series Trust Agreement for RBC Municipal Products LLC Floater Certificates, Trust Series I-33

New York, September 30, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service, at the request of RBC Municipal Products, LLC, has reviewed the proposed amendment dated as of October 1, 2014 (the Amendment) to the Series Trust Agreement relating to the Floater Certificates Trust Series I-33. The Amendment, which provides that the Floater Certificates will convert to SIFMA Term Mode on October 1, 2014 for a SIFMA Term Period to January 2, 2015, will not have an adverse effect on the credit quality of the certificates and therefore will not, in and of themselves and as of this time, result in reduction or withdrawal of Moody's ratings. Moody's does not express an opinion as to whether the Amendments could have other, non credit-related effects.
