Moody's: Ratings for COMM 2005-FL11 and GECMC 2005-C4 Unaffected by the Proposed Transfer of Special Servicing Rights for the DDR/Macquarie Mervyn's Portfolio Whole Loan

New York, May 07, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) was informed that the holder of the DDR/Macquarie Mervyn's Portfolio A-1 Note, by and through the Directing Certificateholder under the GECMC 2005-C4 Trust, and the holder of the DDR/Macquarie Mervyn's Portfolio A-2 Note (A-2 Noteholder), by and through the Majority Certificateholder of the Controlling Class (under the pooling and servicing agreement applicable for the A-2 Noteholder), together as the holders of a majority of the outstanding principal balance of the DDR/Macquarie Mervyn's Portfolio A Notes have designated LNR Partners, LLC (LNR) as the successor Special Servicer and intend to replace CWCapital Asset Management LLC (CWCapital) as the Special Servicer (the "Proposed Special Servicer Replacement"). The Proposed Special Servicer Replacement will become effective upon satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in the governing documents.
