Moody's: Proposed Sub-Servicing transfer to Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc. from JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA would have no negative ratings impact on 11 US RMBS transactions
New York, March 18, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") stated today that the proposed transfer of sub-servicing from JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association ("Chase") of approximately 3,500 60 days plus delinquent loans, and the proposed future transfer of current loans as they become 60 days delinquent, from 11 transactions to Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc. ("SPS")will not, in and of itself and at this time, result in a reduction or withdrawal of the current ratings on the securities issued by these transactions.
